MedTap International - TRIAD consulted to
the CEO and management team of MedTap, at the time, a leading outcomes
research company. The consultancy focused on the reorganization of their
corporate structure to allow for expansion of their London operations,
the development of their software products division and the creation of
a streamlined decision making process at the corporate and divisional
levels.
Merck & Co., M.S.D. Division - We consulted
to the President and his management team of the international sales, marketing
and distribution division of Merck for nearly five years. During this
time, the consultancy focused first on the functioning of the management
team and eventually lead to a comprehensive redesign of how the division
was organized, including local country operations, regional operations
and the operating structure at headquarters. This consultation assisted
in the growth of the Division from $200 million to $2.5 billion.
Morgan Stanley's Information Technology Division - TRIAD consulted to the transition of Morgan Stanley's software development
initiatives from an old-line "waterfall" development methodology to one
based on the Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model.
This change had far-ranging impact on the Division including, contained
cost and headcount, management of explosive system demands, and improved
quality and productivity.
Unilever Cosmetics International -
TRIAD was the primary organizational consultants to the cosmetics
division of Unilever. During our 10+-year association, we consulted
to numerous changes in overall structure as well as divisional changes, resulting in trememdous market success with leading breakthrough products.
WEA Manufacturing, A Division of AOL/Time Warner
- We consulted to WEA Manufacturing's change from an old-line batch manufacturing
structure to a rapid response cellular structure. This change enabled
the organization to improve productivity three-fold, improve profitability
and output, and reduce its workforce from 3,500+ to less than 1,500. The
retirement of the founding CEO and the consolidation of management with
sister organizations was also a part of this consultancy. WEA Manufacturing
is the world's largest producer of entertainment media (video, music and
software).
