TRIAD CONSULTING GROUP LLC was established by Marc Maltz and James Krantz in 1995. Ross Clinchy joined TRIAD as a principal in 2000. The principals have diverse and extensive experience in organizational consultation, and each is recognized for contributions to the field.
Marc Maltz has held executive positions at AT&T, Westinghouse Electric Company, NYNEX Corporation, and Music Mining Company, Inc., and is past Co-director and a faculty member at the William Alanson White Institute's Organization Program. Marc has taught at Columbia University, New York University and a number of other educational institutions on the psychodynamics of organizations, executive coaching, consulting to organizations and leadership. He is recognized as a leading voice in the identification and management of resistance to change in organizations and on developing resilient organizations.
Ross Clinchy has held a number of positions in the management of academic health centers, most recently as the Associate Dean for Administration of the College of Medicine of and is on faculty at the State University of New York's Health Science Center at Brooklyn.
